With 25 years in television, I’ve worn many hats in the newsroom- Special Projects Editor, Special Projects Producer, Writer, and Field Producer. Along the way, I’ve earned multiple Emmy nominations and an Edward R. Murrow Award, but what matters most to me is telling stories that matter.
From covering local and national elections, to the Freddie Gray unrest, to the Key Bridge tragedy, I’ve been trusted to help shape coverage of the moments that define our communities. My work lives at the intersection of accuracy, creativity, and heart.
I’m also passionate about passing the craft on. I’ve trained countless editors, written editing manuals, and mentored the next generation of storytellers- because great storytelling should never stop evolving.
